I'm excited about the new year. I'm excited to be reading "Teaching as a Subversive Activity" by Postman and Weingartner.

I will implement a number of their ideas in my classroom. In fact I feel I already do.

Stolen cell phones

Stolen i-Pods.

Selling stolen goods after first period.

Sometimes it's overwhelming.

Does this still work?

Since I have no audience, it seems pointless to post...yet I'm compelled. Different teachers need to be paired with different students. Put more stuff online. Let the world in on the world of pedagogy.
